Election of EAA Board and Chairman

The European AVM Alliance, the voice of the leading providers of Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) for the residential property market in Europe, is pleased to announce the re-election of Stefano Magnolfi, Executive Director at CRIF Real Estate Services (Italy), as Chairman of the EAA Board for another two-year term.

Together with Stefano Magnolfi seven members of the EAA Board were likewise re-elected for two more years at the EAA’s General Assembly in Haarlem (Netherlands) on 24 February 2023: Bas Meeuwissen (Calcasa, Netherlands), Dimitrios Andritsos (Cerved Property Services, Greece), Mette Ahlquist (Eiendomsverdi, Norway), Matthias Knabe (on-geo, Germany), Sanjo Nitschke (on-geo, Austria), Ramon Mateos (Tinsa, Spain) and Mathias Olofsson (Värderingsdata, Sweden). The EAA would also like to welcome Theo Brewer, who was newly elected to the Board to represent Hometrack, UK.

Mr Stefano Magnolfi commented: “It is a pleasure to continue to serve on a Board composed of such an excellent group of experts and colleagues.
