CRIF and on-geo join the EAA

CRIF Services S.p.A. from Italy, a global company specialising in credit information systems and business information, processing and outsourcing services, and credit solutions, and on-geo GmbH from Germany, a company providing software solutions and services covering the entire process chain of property valuation, have become the latest two members to join the European AVM Alliance (EAA).

‘We are delighted that with CRIF and on-geo two more leading providers of Automated Valuation Models have joined the EAA. This strengthens further the main objective of the EAA to set industry standards for AVMS and to promote them as a central tool for housing valuations for all stakeholders in the residential property market from mortgage lenders to property and capital markets investors’, says Andrea Biguzzi, Secretary of the EAA.
